Stonewater is one of the largest social housing providers in the UK, owning and managing around 40,000 homes for more than 93,000 customers. In 2025, we are celebrating our 10th anniversary, following the mergers of Raglan and Jephson housing associations in 2015.

Over the past decade, our vision has been for everyone to have the opportunity to have a place that they can call home.

Every home we build is designed to be affordable to own, rent and maintain. We take our social responsibility commitments very seriously, which is why we invest in providing public art, green spaces and edible landscapes across all our developments.

Our development team works closely with partners including Homes England, local authorities, developers and construction companies. This collaboration ensures we design and construct excellent homes that meet the needs of our communities.
